HOW DO I BEGIN RETURN?

  • Enter your order number and email address or phone number in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Please do not send your return until it has been approved.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
  • They must be in original condition with tag, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All items must be in the original packaging, please ensure you keep this and its contents for up to the 14 day period after shipment to ensure you are eligible for a return.
  • Ensuring you use the provided packaging enables us to keep return rates at a reasonable fee for your benefit.
  • Promotional items are non-refundable. This includes all items that are listed on sale.

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are liable for a flat fee of $9 CAD on any return. This will be withheld from your refund.
  • All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Returns are typically received within 3-5 days which is subject to delay beyond our control.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifting you that we have received your return, and a confirmation that a refund has been processed. 
  • A a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to show on your statements.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

  • We currently do not proceess online exchanges.
  • To ensure you get what you want, begin by returning the item you have.
  • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

HOW Do I Process A Return?

  • Please ensure you keep your original packaging and contents for up to 14 days after order shipment to be eligable for a return.
  • Our mailers are manufactured with two adhesive seals. One is used for our shipment to you, the second can be used by you to reseal your order.
  • When your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a return label which can be printed and applied to your package.
  • A neatly packaged return order can be dropped off at your local post office with no additional fees.
  • We will do our best to keep in contact with you during the process for a smooth return.
